Brief description of the position:

The position of the Design Quality take lead the battery, E-drive, engine quality development& quality assurance start from project kickoff to PV-TBT. Also support for the projects take lead by VWAG, Audi AG& PAG. This position will interface closely with the R&D team of Power-train(Y) and Salz TE team, to VGC-QA, Salz. Quality and the JVs to ensure the project execution.

Key Tasks:

Accountable and Responsible as driver of the battery, e-drive, engine design quality and Early phase Quality control on A, B, PV samples for R&D

Responsible for Feasibility analysis (DFM, DFA, DFT), D/PFMEA review, Design review

Responsible for Q-requirement management

Responsible to create, optimize, maintain processes with stakeholders in China and Global

Responsible for Production process tech. development and Review

Analyzes data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests.

Responsible to manage and align the internal and external stakeholders (e.g. VW Group and suppliers)

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; part

Responsible for Failure analysis @ early phase

Responsible to summarize Lessons learned from the projects and internally transferring

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Education:

Bachelor degree in Electro-chemistry, Chemistry, automotive, electrical, or respective field

Knowledge, skills and others:
