Job Responsibilities:
Translate documents, proofread text, and format files.
Prepare basic documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Categorize and archive EHS physical and electronic documents.
Classify, analyze, and visualize existing data and audit records into charts as required.
Participate in shooting, video editing, and voiceover production for EHS culture promotional videos.
Support other EHS-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Chinese national with fluent Mandarin.
Bachelor's degree or above.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and a fast learner.
Strong Chinese-English / English-Chinese translation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to create documents independently.
Solid proofreading and formatting skills, capable of independently finalizing document layouts.
Strong logical thinking and execution skills.
