Department Mission
BMS and EE Development of HV-Battery for CN Projects – BMS Development
YourResponsibilities:
- BMS Hardware architecture and schematic design, circuit simulation, PCB layout collaboration
- BMS design analysis: DFMEA, FTA, FMEDA, worst case analysis, etc
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, system architects, mechanical, functional safety, quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of hardware & software.
- BMS hardware functional testing implementation
- Analyze and troubleshoot HW related issues, both during development and in the field, implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- BMS cost down ideas generation and implementation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments and design reviews.
- The other tasks from supervisors.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in hardware design tools, such as schematic capture, PCB layout and simulation.
- Able to use the lab equipment, such as oscilloscope, multi-meter, power source, E-load, etc
- Strong self-motivation, with the ability to drive consensus in complex technical discussion.
- Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English.
