Task
Production Process Optimization
Analyze the existing production process and propose improvement suggestions
Assist in formulating optimization plans to improve production efficiency and quality
Track the implementation of optimization plans to ensure the expected results are achieved
Data Analysis
Collect, organize, and analyze production data to identify potential optimization opportunities
Use data analysis tools to provide data support for production decisions
Regularly write data reports to summarize production status and improvement directions
Participation in Improvement Project
Participate in improvement projects on the production site, such as equipment upgrades and process improvements
Assist the project team in testing, commissioning, and verification work
Actively participate in team meetings to share project progress and solutions to problems
Implementation of Optimization Plans
Be responsible for following up on the implementation of optimization plans and coordinating the work of relevant departments
Monitor the implementation of improvement measures to ensure completion as planned
Collect feedback and adjust optimization plans in a timely manner
Team Assistance
Assist team members in completing daily work tasks, such as document organization and report writing
Participate in team training and learning activities to enhance your own abilities
Education/ Professional experience:
· Bachelor college or above
· Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit
· Have a strong interest in production optimization and strong learning ability
· Possess good data analysis skills and be proficient in using office software
· Be able to work at least 3 days a week and can intern for more than 4 months continuously
Language skills:
· Fluent in English, German is a plus
