工作内容
1) Financial Analysis & Business Support
• Deliver financial analysis covering business performance, campaign profitability, investment return and cost efficiency, and translate data into actionable business insights.
• Monitor key financial KPIs, identify performance gaps, risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to support business decisions and resource prioritization.
• Perform financial modelling, scenario analysis and multi-source data analysis and investment evaluation to support business initiatives and identify cost and efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement and digitalization of financial processes, reporting and analytical tools.
2) Budget Management & Dynamic Control
• Independently manage annual budgeting, quarterly projection and ongoing budget control for assigned areas.
• Monitor budget execution and conduct variance analysis across budget, projection and actuals, identifying root causes, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support resource prioritization and spending optimization through financial analysis and business understanding.
• Ensure effective financial governance and expense compliance, and support continuous improvement of budget management practices.

任职条件
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Analysis, or a related field. ACCA, CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in financial analysis, business partnering.
• Good business acumen and understanding of key business drivers.
• Solid financial analysis, data analytics and modelling capabilities.
• Good cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and accountable.
