工作概要 Summary

协助纺织品类采购团队开展供应商信息维护、市场调研、报价及成本数据分析、项目进度跟踪等工作，为采购项目和日常业务提供支持。

Support the Textile Commodity Purchasing team in supplier data maintenance, marketresearch, quotation and cost analysis, project tracking, and other daily purchasing activities.

主要任务和职责 Primary

Duties and Responsibilities

1. 协助收集、整理和维护纺织原材料、供应商、价格及市场信息。

Assist in collecting,organizing, and maintaining textile material, supplier, pricing, and marketinformation.

2. 协助开展供应商调研、询价、报价比较及基础成本分析。Support supplier research, RFQ activities, quotation comparison, and basic cost analysis.

3. 协助跟踪供应商样品，整理样品信息及相关资料。Assist in following up supplier samples and organizing sample information and related documents.

4. 支持供应商日常沟通、会议安排、文件整理及采购系统数据维护。Support daily supplier communication, meeting coordination, document preparation, and purchasingsystem data maintenance.

5. 协助开展纺织材料、生产工艺及市场趋势研究，并形成简要分析报告。Support research ontextile materials, manufacturing processes, and market trends, and prepare brief analysis reports.

6. 完成团队安排的其他采购支持工作。 Complete other purchasing support tasks assigned by the team.

学历&经验Education & Experience：

1. 硕士在读，研二学生优先；纺织工程、纺织材料、非织造材料或相关专业。

Current master’s student, preferably in the second year, majoring in Textile Engineering, Textile Materials, Nonwoven Materials, or a related field.

2. 具备纺织材料、生产工艺或成本构成的基础知识。

Basic knowledge of textile materials, manufacturing processes, or cost structures.

3. 每周可实习至少3天，能够连续实习6个月者优先。

Available for at least three days per week; candidates who can commit to a six-month internship are preferred.

4. 表现优秀者可获得留用机会

Outstanding interns may be offered a full-time position.

技能Skills:

1. 熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件，具备基本的数据整理和分析能力。

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with basic data organization and analysis skills.

2. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、学习能力和团队合作意识。

Good communication, coordination, learning agility, and teamwork skills.

3. 工作认真细致，对数据敏感，具有较强的责任心。

Detail-oriented, data-sensitive, and responsible.

4. 具备基本的英语读写能力，能够处理日常英文邮件和资料。

Basic English reading and writing skills, with the ability to handle routine emails and documents.

5. 对汽车行业、采购或供应链工作有兴趣。

Interested in the automotive industry, purchasing, or supply chain management.
