Responsibilities
This position is responsible for managing and developing Building & Infrastructure (B&I) business in Singapore.
The primary function of this position is to establish B&I strategic development plan in Singapore, including organic and inorganic growth, lead the integration of Ryobi, further develop B&I business in seizing market opportunities.
Lead B&I strategic development plan with supports from Singapore MD and APAC regional industry VP
Lead the integration of Ryobi, a company acquired by SGS in 2020, specialized in geotechnical services and IoT instrumentation and monitoring
Manage Ryobi directly after integration phase in 1-2 years, further develop Ryobi by diversifying clients portfolio and by leverage the synergy with SGS network
Participate in Ryobi services replication in APAC and SGS global network, Ryobi to become SGS Group excellence center for IoT instrumentation and monitoring
Manage B&I P/L to deliver budget, growth, profitability and cash flow objectives
Put into place an efficient organization for sales and operations, build a strong management team, develop talents with supports of Singapore and APAC HR
Participate in mapping B&I market to identify new development opportunities, as well as M&A of new target companies as Business Leader
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and above
More than 15 years work experiences with 8 years+ and 300 FTEs' management experiences
Successful track record in developing & managing business operations in B&I industry
Strong general management capabilities, including sales, operation, finance, HR, QHSE, etc.
Experience in M&A project management and Post Merge Integration is a plus
Based in Singapore
Fluent in English
Strong analytical skills, including basic financial analysis
Excellence in oral and writing communication in English
Work in a multi-culture and multi-languages environment
