岗位职责

1. Lead customer NPI meeting主导客户的NPI会议 - Hold NPI meeting with ELBBA customer 与ELBBA客户召开NPI会议 - Prepare presentation report 准备汇报材料 - Support FAE and PD for DFM discussion 支持FAE与PD团队开展DFM讨论 - Record meeting minutes 记录会议纪要 - Assign tasks to internal teams and follow up status 向内部团队分配任务并跟进进度。

2. External report 对外汇报 -Compile report to customer for the open items during NPI sample build. 向客户汇总NPI产品样板阶段的问题的报告 - Review OK2S report, internal gate before submitting to customer. 审核OK2Ship报告 - Follow up customer test items schedule, keep

update status with customer until it’s closed. 跟进客户测试项进度，持续更新状态直至问题闭环。

3. Internal review 内部评审 -Follow up internal test items which are related with customer projects, keep update status with top management. 跟进客户项目相关的内部测试项，向管理层同步更新状态 - Follow up with internal teams to fix open items before mass production 量产前推动内部团队解决所有遗留问题 - NPI sample yield review, lead yield improvement to target the achievement of AKMMV and department targets. 负责NPI产品良率评审，主导良率提升，达成工及部门目标 - Lead mass production handover with Production & Quality. 与生产部、质量部主导量产交接工作 - Ability to follow up new studies, concepts and ideas for yield/capability improvement 跟进新的改进方案、理念，推动良率与过程能力提升。

4.Information share across company, upper and senior management 公司内跨部门、向中高层同步信息 - Ensure smooth communication and cooperation with relevant Production, Quality, PD, CS etc… departments 确保与生产、质量、产品开发（PD）、客户服务（CS）等相关部门顺畅沟通协作 - Management directions follow up ensured 确保管理层的决策方向得到落实 - Cascade down and assign relevant tasks(according to Management directions) to the team 根据管理层指示，向团队传达并分配相关任务 - Ensure reporting to Management for updates on the assigned tasks progress 定期向管理层汇报任务进度更新。

招聘要求：

本科学历，5年及以上PCB行业相关岗位工作年限，了解PCB全流程，能指导新项目导入相关英语邮件写作、英文报告撰写并与客户汇报项目计划与进展。
