任职要求

1.具有5年以上的PCB行业工作经验，熟练掌握镍钯金制程的工作原理

2.出色的逻辑思维能力，及时高效的输出问题点的分析进度及改善方案

3.大学本科以上学历，较强的英语读写能力，可以进行简单的口语沟通

With a bachelor's degree or above, strong English reading and writing skills, and the ability to engage in simple oral communication

4.熟练掌握MINTAB或JMP分析软件的使用

Proficient in using MINTAB or JMP analysis software

5.性格外向开朗，能有效的与本部分及关联部门的沟通

Outgoing and cheerful personality, able to effectively communicate with this department and related departments

6.抗压能力强，能接受高负荷的工作制度

Strong ability to withstand pressure and able to accept high load work systems

岗位职责

1.负责ENEPIG工艺制程的优化

Responsible for optimizing the ENEPIG process

2.负责ENEPIG相关缺陷的分析及改善

Responsible for analyzing and improving defects related to the ENEPIG process

3.负责ENEPIG制程设备的评估及导入

Responsible for evaluating and importing ENEPIG equipments
