玻璃基开发工程师

任职要求

1.本科及以上学历（优秀者可适当放宽），材料、化学、微电子、电子封装、光电、机械等相关专业。

1.Bachelor’s degree or above (requirements may be relaxed for outstanding candidates) in Materials Science, Chemistry, Microelectronics, Electronic Packaging, Optoelectronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

2.具有2年以上FC-BGA载板或Glass Core相关研发经验，熟悉产品开发流程，有玻璃基项目开发经验者优先。

2.Minimum 2 years of R&D experience in FC-BGA substrate or Glass Core development. Experience in Glass Core product development is highly preferred.

3.熟悉FC-BGA制造流程，了解Glass Core关键工艺（如:TGV、Metallization、Build-up、Assembly等），具备较好的工程分析能力。

3.Good understanding of FC-BGA manufacturing processes and key Glass Core technologies (TGV, Metallization, Build-up, Assembly, etc.), with solid engineering analysis capability.

4.熟悉DOE实验设计、数据分析及问题解决方法，能够熟练使用Excel、JMP、Minitab等分析工具。

4.Proficient in DOE methodology, statistical analysis, and problem-solving. Skilled in Excel, JMP, or Minitab.

5.具备较好的技术文档编写能力，能够完成开发流程、SOP、验证报告、技术规范、FMEA及项目资料输出。

5.Capable of preparing technical documentation including development procedures, SOPs, validation reports, specifications, FMEA, and project documentation.

6.具有良好的沟通协调能力及项目管理意识，能够推动跨部门合作并按时完成项目目标；具备客户沟通经验者优先。

6.Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills. Able to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver project objectives on schedule. Customer-facing experience is preferred.

7.工作积极主动，责任心强，能够适应项目开发过程中必要的加班、出差及现场技术支持。

7.Self-motivated, responsible, and able to support occasional overtime, business travel, and on-site technical support when required.

岗位职责

1.负责FC-BGA玻璃基产品开发、导入及项目推进，推动产品从研发验证到量产导入，建立开发流程并持续优化良率与一致性。

1.Lead FC-BGA Glass Core product development, NPI, and project execution from R&D validation to mass production. Establish development workflows and continuously improve yield, quality, and process consistency.

2.负责制定并执行项目开发计划及DOE实验，分析关键技术指标（尺寸精度、翘曲、可靠性、缺陷、良率等），持续推动技术优化。

2.Plan and execute project development activities and DOE experiments. Analyze key technical metrics (dimensional accuracy, warpage, reliability, defectivity, yield, etc.) and drive continuous technology optimization.

3.负责协调各工艺模块（TGV、Metallization、ABF Build-up、Assembly等）的开发工作，推动问题分析、风险识别及改善措施落地。

3.Coordinate cross-process development activities including TGV, Metallization, ABF Build-up, Assembly, etc., driving root cause analysis, risk assessment, and corrective actions.

4.负责产品开发过程中的技术评估、数据分析及失效分析，建立开发数据库，并输出技术报告、开发总结及客户技术资料。

4.Perform technical evaluations, data analysis, and failure analysis during product development. Establish development databases and prepare technical reports, project summaries, and customer technical documentation.

5.负责跨部门协作（ME、PE、Quality、MNT、Reliability、Prod、OSAT厂及客户），推动项目按计划完成各阶段Milestone。

5.Collaborate cross-functionally with ME、PE、Quality、MNT、Reliability、Prod、OSAT, and customers to achieve project milestones and successful product qualification.

6.负责客户技术需求沟通、新产品技术评估及问题闭环，支持客户审核、技术交流及现场支持工作。

6.Support customer technical discussions, new product evaluations, issue resolution, customer audits, technical reviews, and on-site support when required.
