Major Tasks & Key Responsibilities
Support the production of external healthcare communication materials, including:
Patient education materials
Disease awareness content
Medical communication assets
Presentation materials
Training materials
Digital and social media content
Educational videos and creative assets
Leverage AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, and related platforms, to:
Draft and optimize content
Conduct literature and background research
Create presentation materials and visual assets
Translate, summarize, and adapt content for different audiences
Improve content production efficiency and quality
Collaborate with medical and marketing teams to deliver content projects
Participate in prompt engineering, workflow optimization, and AI capability development initiatives
Contribute to the development of reusable templates, content libraries, and production standards
Support quality review and validation of AI-generated outputs
Qualifications Required
Current undergraduate or postgraduate student.
Major in Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Health Communication, or related disciplines.
Strong communication and content organization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
Strong learning agility and interest in AI technologies.
Able to work at least 3 days per week.
Internship availability of at least 3–6 months.
Preferred Experience
Experience using generative AI tools.
Experience in content creation, social media operation, scientific communication, medical writing, or healthcare education.
Familiarity with healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical communication environments.
Experience with PPT design, video creation, graphic design, or content publishing platforms.
