(2027 Graduate Program) Strategic Research, Management Office

岗位职责
● Assist in researching market conditions, industry trends, and competitor dynamics to develop and implement long-term strategies.
● Assist in researching and analyzing business-related metrics and policies, formulating company's overall business strategic plan.
● Assist in major research projects, conducting research on significant issues, hot topics, and challenging problems in company's development, and providing decision-making recommendations.
● Complete other tasks assigned by management.

1、 协助公司研究市场环境、行业趋势及竞争对手动态，制定和实施长期发展战略；
2、 协助公司研究与分析业务相关的指标和政策，制定公司总体业务规划；
3、 协助重大课题的研究规划，就公司发展中的重大问题以及热点、难点问题进行研究并提供决策建议；
4、 完成领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求
● Full-time Master’s and PhD candidates graduating between January 2026 and Summer 2027;
● Major in Finance, Economics or a related field. Good knowledge about financial markets.
● Excellent written and research skills.
● Skilled in communication and coordination, good learning, research and innovation capabilities, strong responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills.
● Fluent in spoken Chinese including Putonghua and English.

1、面向2026年1月至2027年夏季毕业的全日制硕士研究生及以上学历应届生；
2、金融、经济或相关专业。具备良好的金融市场知识；
3、出色的写作能力和研究能力；
4、善于沟通协调，具备良好的学习能力、研究能力和创新能力，责任心强，有良好的团队合作能力；
5、流利的中文（包括普通话）和英文交流。
