(2027 Graduate Program) Analyst, Research Department

岗位职责
● Assist in data collection and organization for the assigned research field, and participate in drafting research reports
● Assist in providing research services to institutional clients such as funds and insurance companies
● Assist in internal service-related work
● Support the research team for other tasks

1、协助完成本研究领域的数据收集、整理，协助参与研究报告的撰写工作；
2、协助完成对基金、保险等机构客户的研究服务工作；
3、协助完成对内服务工作；
4、为研究团队中其他专业性工作提供支持。

岗位要求
● Full-time Master’s and PhD candidates graduating between January 2026 and Summer 2027;
● Possess comprehensive financial knowledge and solid expertise in the relevant research field
● Relevant internship experience preferred
● Strong writing, research and communication skills
● Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) preferred

Major Requirements:
● Macroscopic Research Analyst:
Degree holder of Finance, Economics, or related fields

● Sector Research Analyst:
(Advanced manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Financial Engineering, Electronics, Chemicals, etc.: )
Degree holder of relevant academic backgrounds preferred


1、面向2026年1月至2027年夏季毕业的全日制硕士研究生及以上学历应届生；
2、具备全面的金融专业知识和扎实的研究领域专业功底；
3、有相关行研研究实习经验者优先；
4、有一定的文字功底、研究能力与表达能力，英文听说读写流利者优先。

专业要求：
1、总量研究领域：金融、经济等相关专业；
2、高端制造、医药及大健康、金融工程、电子、化工等行业研究领域，具备相关专业背景者优先。
