运营总监

岗位职责
1、负责组织推动各项业务数据的有效运用，推动各部门根据数据的预测和分析，改善各项业务动作，如良率、效率、线平衡、客户开发深度，内部运营效率等；
2、负责组织对大数据、异常数据的专项管理，推动专人专项跟进问题的改善；
3、负责协助统筹建立各专项小组，如库存、良率、效率、考核小组等，横向拉动各运营单位的持续改善；
4、负责会同子公司总经理推动产品线成本管理等方面的改善，制定年度降本目标，统筹跟进各部门降本目标的达成；
5、负责推动各产品线建立业务持续性风险管理体系，识别风险点，建立管控机制，防范重大问题的发生；
6、指导建立健全IE标准工时测定机制和循环更新机制，通过工时产出比对持续推动产品线提升运营效率；
7、主导建立新产品线布局和现场物料流动机制，指导团队持续改善现场布局；
8、协同人力资源部门建立产品线人员配置的标准规范，控制无效人力成本浪费；
9、协同PMC、人力资源部建立产品线产能的评估机制，以及人员动态调整修正机制，保证人员和产出的合理平衡；
10、负责重大改善专项的统筹牵引和主导落地；
11、负责通过培训、外部标杆访问、内部讨论等多种形式，推动精益生产理念在公司的推广传播以及承载落地；
12、负责通过生产数据分析，推动研发打样、NPI转产等阶段标准工时的合理化；
13、参与公司战略规划的制定与分解，并协助组织运营相关公司/部门制定子战略与年度经营计划；
14、负责公司专项重大事项的统筹协调，推动项目按计划达成目标
1.Responsible for organizing and promoting the effective application of various business data, and driving departments to improve business activities based on data prediction and analysis, such as yield rate, efficiency, line balancing, customer development depth, and internal operational efficiency.
2.Responsible for organizing specialized management of big data and abnormal data, and promoting dedicated personnel to follow up on issue improvements.
3.Responsible for assisting in the overall establishment of various specialized teams, such as inventory, yield, efficiency, and assessment teams, to horizontally drive continuous improvement across operational units.
4.Responsible for collaborating with the subsidiary General Manager to promote improvements in product line cost management, set annual cost reduction targets, and oversee the achievement of these targets across departments.
5.Responsible for promoting the establishment of a business continuity risk management system for each product line, identifying risk points, establishing control mechanisms, and preventing major issues.
6.Guides the establishment and improvement of the IE standard time measurement mechanism and its cyclic update mechanism, and continuously drives product lines to enhance operational efficiency through man-hour output comparison.
7.Leads the establishment of new product line layouts and on-site material flow mechanisms, and guides the team in continuously improving site layouts.
8.Collaborates with the Human Resources department to establish standard specifications for product line staffing, controlling无效 labor cost waste.
9.Collaborates with PMC and the Human Resources department to establish a product line capacity evaluation mechanism and a dynamic personnel adjustment and correction mechanism, ensuring a reasonable balance between personnel and output.
10.Responsible for the overall coordination,牵引, and leading the implementation of major improvement initiatives.
11.Responsible for promoting the dissemination and implementation of lean production concepts within the company through various means such as training, external benchmark visits, and internal discussions.
12.Responsible for promoting the rationalization of standard man-hours in stages such as R&D sampling and NPI transfer to mass production through production data analysis.
13.Participates in the formulation and decomposition of the company's strategic plan, and assists in organizing relevant operating companies/departments to develop sub-strategies and annual operating plans.
14.Responsible for the overall coordination of the company's special major projects, driving projects to achieve their objectives according to plan.

岗位要求
1、本科或以上学历
2、八年以上工作经验，五年以上大中型生产型企业运营岗位工作经验
3、熟练运用IE/精益相关工具
1.Bachelor's degree or above from a Project university or equivalent.
2.More than eight years of work experience, with over five years in operational roles within medium to large-sized manufacturing enterprises.
3.Proficient in using IE/Lean-related tools.
