(Sr.) Market Manager, Hotel Contracting

岗位职责
- Build and progressively expand a portfolio of local hotel partners and assigned regional chains / international chains by negotiating and securing win-win distribution partnerships, facilitating hotel onboarding, and owning DIDA’s day-to-day relationship with your hotels.
- Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives) set by the company.
- Engage with both individual hotels and hotel groups in your responsible destinations in order to achieve your targets.
- Ensure that partner hotels’ product (content, rates and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive.
- Maximize sales for your hotel partners by providing relevant data insights and superior support services and collaborating closely with DIDA's Yield / OP team, Sales Team, etc.
- Represent DIDA in the local market, build DIDA's company profile with key local influencers (e.g. tourism bureau, hotel association, etc.) and provide expertise to the local industry.
- Educate DIDA's colleagues on market dynamics and specific needs/requests from your portfolio.
- Secure additional rates and rooms as and when DIDA chooses to offer additional product to the customers.
- Secure seasonal deals, evergreen and dynamic promotions within the guidelines set by Management to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts.
- Responsible for bi-weekly optimization reports and monthly KPI review reporting to team leader or SVP.
- Responsible for weekly conversation and monthly key hotels and hotel chain review with Yield / OP team.

岗位要求
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of hotel contracting / hotel revenue & distribution experience.
- Solid hotel revenue / e-commerce / distribution background with proven record of handling major OTAs and online wholesalers will also be considered.
- Conscientious, quick learner, adaptable, Self-aware, accountable, responsible.
- Independent work ethic, ability to work remotely.
- Car driving license.
