PMC总监

岗位职责
1.战略规划与体系搭建
承接集团整体战略，拆解落地江西子公司PMC部门年度经营计划与工作目标。搭建适配多品种.小批量生产模式的柔性PMC管理体系，优化整体运营模式，适配市场订单波动与量产需求。参与江西子公司的整体规划分析和决策，为子公司的经营、业务发展等重要事项提供供应链方面的分析和决策依据。
2.生产计划与交付管理
统筹江西子公司的产销协同、主生产计划、产能规划、订单交期管控，保障客户交付达成。根据公司目前及未来客户分布、产品分布及长期规划，统筹考虑产能规划，并推动沟通与实施；合理平衡多品种订单优先级，压缩换产工时，建立动态智能排产机制，快速响应插单.撤单.ECN设计变更等异常，稳定生产交付节奏。
3.物料管控与库存优化
全盘管控物料计划跟库存周转，负责库存数据分析，风险预警与问题排查，持续优化库存结构，提升库存周转效率。制定物料、产品出入库管理规范，联动信息化系统落地执行，提速物料流转。专项统筹呆滞料管控，推进呆滞料消耗与清理，降低库存资金占用。
4.产销联动与跨部门协同
主导日常产销运营会议，统筹协调销售.生产.采购.物流等部门，实现产销动态平衡。联动人力资源部门推进多能工.柔性班组建设，实现人力动态调配，高效应对订单波动，保障量产稳定。
5.仓储流程与异常管控
统筹仓储标准化管理，规范出入库.盘点.账务全流程，确保账物卡一致。持续优化仓储布局与流转机制，处理生产.物料.交付各类异常，复盘优化流程，杜绝同类问题重复发生。
6.团队建设与标准化管理
搭建.赋能PMC核心团队，培养计划.物控.仓储骨干人才梯队。建立并落地PMC全流程S&OP规范，包含订单评审.紧急插单.库存管理等标准化制度，优化部门流程.管控部门运营预算，打造高效执行力团队。
Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and System Development
Align with the Group’s overall strategy, decompose and deliver the annual business plan and objectives of the PMC department at the Jiangxi Subsidiary. Establish a flexible PMC management system suited for multi-variety, small-batch production, and optimize the overall operation model to cope with fluctuating market orders and mass production requirements. Participate in the overall planning analysis and decision-making of the Jiangxi Subsidiary, and provide supply chain analysis and decision support for key operations and business development initiatives of the subsidiary.
2. Production Planning and Delivery Management
Oversee sales-production coordination, master production scheduling, capacity planning and order lead-time control for the Jiangxi Subsidiary to ensure customer delivery commitments are met. Develop holistic capacity plans based on current and future customer and product portfolios as well as long-term corporate roadmap, and drive cross-functional alignment and implementation. Balance priorities across multi-variety orders rationally, reduce production changeover time, and build a dynamic intelligent scheduling system to rapidly handle rush orders, order cancellations, ECN (Engineering Change Notice) and other exceptions, stabilizing production and delivery cadence.
3. Material Control and Inventory Optimization
Take end-to-end ownership of material planning and inventory turnover management. Perform inventory data analysis, risk early warning and root cause investigation, continuously improve inventory structure and raise inventory turnover efficiency. Formulate standards for material and finished goods inbound and outbound management, and work with information systems to accelerate material circulation. Lead dedicated initiatives for slow-moving inventory management, promote consumption and liquidation of slow-moving stock to reduce capital tied up in inventory.
4. Sales-Production Integration and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead regular sales and operations review meetings, coordinate sales, production, procurement, logistics and other departments to achieve dynamic balance between supply and demand. Collaborate with the HR team to develop multi-skilled operators and flexible work teams, enabling dynamic manpower allocation to respond efficiently to order volatility and sustain stable mass production.
5. Warehouse Process and Exception Control
Manage standardized warehouse operations, formalize full workflows of inbound, outbound, stocktaking and accounting to ensure consistency among accounts, physical inventory and stock cards. Continuously optimize warehouse layout and material flow mechanisms. Resolve production, material and delivery exceptions, conduct post-event reviews and process improvements to prevent recurrence of similar issues.
6. Team Building and Standardized Management
Build and develop the core PMC team, cultivate talent pipeline for planning, material control and warehouse management specialists. Establish and implement end-to-end S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) protocols for PMC, including standardized policies for order review, emergency rush orders and inventory management. Refine department workflows, control department operating budget and foster a team with strong execution capability.

岗位要求
1.211本科及以上学历，专业不限；
2.10年及以上大型电子.半导体等制造业PMC工作，3年以上PMC总监岗位工作经验；
3.擅长产能优化.动态排产.库存管控与呆滞料治理，具备大厂PMC体系搭建.流程标准化与信息化落地能力；
4.熟悉多品种.小批量柔性生产模式，精通产销协同.库存优化与体系搭建；
5.擅长团队搭建.全盘统筹.跨部门联动，善于复盘优化，抗压能力强，目标感强，数据敏感度高。
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above from 211 universities; major not restricted.
2.Minimum 10 years of PMC working experience in large electronics, semiconductor or related manufacturing industries, including at least 3 years of experience as PMC Director.
3.Proficiency in capacity optimization, dynamic scheduling, inventory control and slow-moving material remediation. Proven experience in building PMC systems, standardizing processes and implementing information systems within large manufacturing enterprises.
4.Familiar with multi-variety, small-batch flexible production model; expert in sales-production coordination, inventory optimization and system development.
5.Strong competencies in team building, holistic planning and cross-department alignment. Skilled at review and continuous improvement. Resilient under pressure, result-oriented and highly sensitive to data.
