Your Team, Your Impact
Marvell is developing advanced silicon photonics solutions for high-speed data movement. We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer to lead new product introduction, process development, and manufacturing operations. This role requires close collaboration with equipment vendors and contract manufacturers, as well as cross-functional teams—including design, test, and quality—across Taiwan, Singapore, and the United States.

What You Can Expect

Drive optical SMT (Surface Mount Technology) product engineering and NPI from design through mass production.

Collaborate with contract manufacturers on process, equipment, and fixture development and qualification.

Drive yield improvement and cost reduction; define and enforce DFM requirements.

Support DFMEA, reliability risk mitigation, and product characterization.

Lead failure analysis and RMA investigations.

What We're Looking For

BS (5+ years) or MS (3+ years) in PCB and SMT product development or manufacturing.

Strong expertise in PCB and SMT processes.

Proven experience in high-volume yield improvement.

Proficient in Gage R&R, FMEA, SPC, Cpk, and DOE.
