Role Summary
Own the finance function for the Ky client account across China and Japan, partnering with the onsite Facilities Site Lead, Regional Finance Lead, Regional Account Director and functional teams to drive sound financial decisions and disciplined risk management. Core responsibilities span building the budgets and forecasts that shape client spend, controlling project cost from business case through capitalization, and holding the account to a high standard on month-end close, controls and collections. Beyond the numbers, the role is a business partner — translating operational drivers into financial insights that client and account leadership can act on, and surfacing risks and opportunities early rather than reporting them after the fact.
