Role overview

This role serves as a critical operational partner to the GC Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) team, dedicated to supporting the end-to-end execution of sourcing strategies and ensuring the achievement of all key performance targets set by the S&P leadership. This role provides robust transactional support, data analytics, and process compliance. This enables the strategic team to focus on high-value category management and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency for the local market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sourcing Execution

Sourcing and RFX

Follow up with vendors independently

Evaluation of proposals, before review by country head

Compilation of submission during transition

Project tracking and status update (for either bids or transitions)

Contract negotiation

Platform

Support in MSA negotiation from a data analysis perspective (review of quotations and rates)

Benchmark data gathering

Vendor data management – alliance / SRM / scorecards

Responsible for set up the procurement system for the local new account transition (e.g., creating a Jaggaer account and Jaggaer project code for the local account team members.)

Answer Enquiry from Account Team

Client/Vendor onboarding process/System Training

LOA, daily procurement system issue, prefer vendor, MSA template etc.

Key skills and Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above.

Professional Experiences:

3–5 years of relevant experience in Multinational companies.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in Excel (Advanced). Power BI skill is preferred.

Analytical skills and driven by thoughts

Offshore/BPO experience with understanding of SLA-driven remote work environments

Experience working with global or international client teams

Languages requirements:

Reading&writing&speaking skills in Chinese and English
