Job Description:
Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans and predictive maintenance to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Collect and clean equipment operation data (e.g., PLC, Server, MES, and sensor data)
Apply statistical analysis and data mining techniques to identify equipment failure patterns and performance degradation trends to support the implementation of Predictive Maintenance (PdM)
Develop and apply AI-based tools or scripts for equipment monitoring, failure alerting, and anomaly detection and build and maintain equipment data dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tablea)
Training of technicians based on business requirements and improves the competence of technician team continuously
Create maintenance (corrective/preventive/predictive maintenance) related work instruction for equipment and maintenance and optimization continuously
BPS activity implementation
Professional problem-solving method (PSS)
