Support incubation of new concepts and business opportunities
Develop project governance and decision-making frameworks
Cross-functional Transformation
Drive initiatives involving R&D, Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Quality… and deeply involve in segment initiatives
Facilitate alignment across multiple functions
Portfolio & Opportunity Management
Track innovation initiatives
Maintain innovation opportunity pipeline
Develop business cases and value assessments
Support management prioritization
Executive Governance
Prepare management review materials
Monitor decision implementation status
Maintain transformation dashboards
Escalate critical risks and barriers

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree or above
Engineering, Automotive, Technology, Innovation Management or related field
Experience
3-5 years experience in:
Program Management
Innovation Management
Business Transformation
PMO
Product Development
Consulting
