Analog/RF IC Design Engineer

Responsibilities：

1. Design CMOS analog and RF IC circuits, including opamp, LDO, ADC/DAC, PLL, LNA, MIXER, PA and other modules;

2. Complete circuit module-level structure selection and circuit design;

3. Assist IC layout design and final chip testing;

Requirements：

1. Master/doctor degree;

2. Have a deep understanding of simulation and RF integrated circuit design concepts and knowledge, and be able to use matlab and other tools for system modeling, and proficiency in Cadence Circuit design;

3. Familiar with basic analog and RF modules, such as opamp , bandgap, ADC/DAC, PLL, etc.;

4. Good teamwork spirit.
