The Impact You'll Make
The Manufacture Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within the plant. The Manufacture Engineer works to ensure all processes and tools are functioning optimally while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years’ experience as Process, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer.
Experience in identifying and resolving process, tooling, and quality issues.
Experience in process, tooling development, and quality control, including process optimization, tooling design, and troubleshooting.
Experience in project management, especially projects related to production, process, tooling, and quality improvement.
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to quality management systems and standards.
