我们的光通信事业部日前已经从光纤和电缆、硬件与设备制造商发展成为了在更加广泛的通信领域提供行业领先光学解决方案的综合服务供应商。这一领域共分为两种主要的产品分组 – 即载波网络和企业网络。载波网络产品分组主要包括适用于以光学为基础之通信基础设施的产品和解决方案，可用于视频、数据和语音通信等服务。企业网络产品分组则主要包括销售给公司、政府和个人自用并且以光学为基础的通信网络。

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Provide daily problem-solving support to production.

Participate in process improvement projects.

Troubleshoot equipment and process issues.

Support new technology migration and documentation.

Assist with data analysis for engineering decisions and normal operation.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor Degree above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other engineering related

3 years’ work experience preferred

Process engineering skills (quantitative skills, coursework in engineering statistics or other statistical training)

Familiar to design of experiment concept and methodology

Have the basic knowledge of Python and can perform project on digital transformation.

Required Skills

Good project management skills

Logical thinking to deal with complex problems in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Good English comprehension in listening, spoken, writing and reading.

Ability to utilize computer programs and Statistic skill for data analysis and modeling

Ability to work effectively with cross function team members

Good communication skills

Good presentation skill

Basic Python knowledge

Desired Skills

• Project management skill

• Understanding of equipment mechanical and control concept

• Experience in implementing DMAIC methodology or leading 6-sigma project

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

• Technical writing, ability to deliver technical presentations to operators, engineers and managers.

• Experience in Python skill application on digital transformation project.
