Job Description

Where You’ll Make a Difference
Build relationships with customers and distributors and support business growth opportunities.
Translate customer briefs into suitable fragrance recommendations with support from technical experts when required.
Coordinate fragrance projects, including sample submissions, customer feedback, and project follow-up.
Prepare customer presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations.
Support the use of digital tools and platforms to enhance customer engagement and project management.
Assist with quotations, pricing processes, and commercial execution.
Capture market insights and maintain accurate customer and project records.
Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Fragrance, Technical, and Customer Service functions.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Food Science, or a related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer support, account management, or project coordination.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Passion for fragrances, consumer products, and customer engagement.
