Job Description:
Provides E2E AIT solutions (from concept phase to series safe launch) based on target Q/C/T from our customer of ECU product development team
Meanwhile, ETI promotes and landing beneficial new innovative technologies (from benchmark, or new market trends) into ECU products for market competitiveness
Job Qualification:
Good overview of ECU assembly process e.g. PCBA soldering (SMT, THT, PCB substate) and Final assembly of Chemical AIT (TIM, sealing, glue) & Mechanical AIT (screw, laser welding)
Good knowledge in product engineering mythology (e.g. problem solving, DRBFM, DfM, DfR)
Good project management skill to handle project Q/C/T , especially cost mindset for product PPC, VA
Excellent communication skill within AIT SE team and w/ customer SE team (Cross GB/function/international)
