我们的光通信事业部日前已经从光纤和电缆、硬件与设备制造商发展成为了在更加广泛的通信领域提供行业领先光学解决方案的综合服务供应商。这一领域共分为两种主要的产品分组 – 即载波网络和企业网络。载波网络产品分组主要包括适用于以光学为基础之通信基础设施的产品和解决方案，可用于视频、数据和语音通信等服务。企业网络产品分组则主要包括销售给公司、政府和个人自用并且以光学为基础的通信网络。

Day to Day Responsibility

• Collaborate with sales, business development , product line management team to develop and maintain accurate rolling forecast in terms of driving procurement activities.

• Monitor and analyze demand trend to adjust forecast and plans proactively.

• Work with production planner to ensure the production schedule is aligned with customer requirements.

• Proactively identify potential material shortage and develop mitigation plan to prevent production disruptions.

• Develop and maintain KPI for inventory turns, lead time performance and slow moving mitigation plan.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, purchasing management or relevant field, MBA is preferred.

• 5years working experience in a planning role within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong experience using an SAP system.

Required skills

• Know EHS relevant law and regulations.

• Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements).

• Working experience in ERP system, SAP or other systems.

• High sense of responsibility and initiatives, self-motivated, good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations.

• Fluent oral and written English and mandarin.

• Computer skills, Word, Excel and PPT skills.

• Good communication and negotiation skill.
