我们的光通信事业部日前已经从光纤和电缆、硬件与设备制造商发展成为了在更加广泛的通信领域提供行业领先光学解决方案的综合服务供应商。这一领域共分为两种主要的产品分组 – 即载波网络和企业网络。载波网络产品分组主要包括适用于以光学为基础之通信基础设施的产品和解决方案，可用于视频、数据和语音通信等服务。企业网络产品分组则主要包括销售给公司、政府和个人自用并且以光学为基础的通信网络。

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for business applications, end-user systems, and IT infrastructure.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and system issues.

• Monitor system performance, identify recurring problems, and implement corrective actions.

• Support installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of IT hardware and software.

• Administer user accounts, access rights, and security settings in accordance with company policies.

• Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and business users to resolve incidents and deliver solutions.

• Participate in IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.

• Maintain system documentation, technical procedures, asset records, and support

knowledge bases.

• Ensure compliance with IT standards, cybersecurity controls, and operational procedures.

• Assist with backup, recovery, and business continuity activities for critical systems.

• Prepare reports and recommendations related to incidents, system performance, and improvement opportunities.

• Support business digital transformation.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive IT support, systems analysis, or infrastructure support experience.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL server, C# .Net, Python;

• Strong experience of MES, ERP, SCADA and data analysis

• Experience of IT project management

• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise IT systems and services.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Desired Skills

• DBA certification.

• Databrick experience.

• Familiar with SAP.

Soft Skills

• Strong ability in self-learning and research .

• Being good at communication skills.
