岗位职责
1. Handle the entire delivery lifecycle of sales orders to ensure efficient and compliant order fulfillment, including order placement, contract execution, shipment, invoicing and payment collection.
2. Be responsible for signing and archiving various documents generated in the sales process, including distribution agreements, sales contracts, delivery confirmation receipts, medical qualifications and other relevant documents, to guarantee complete and traceable records.
3. Identify abnormalities during order execution, resolve issues in a timely manner, actively escalate and drive problem resolution to achieve 100% closed-loop management.
4. Participate in sorting out, establishing, refining and optimizing the company’s sales and operation-related processes, ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration among business, finance, logistics teams, improve sales order delivery efficiency and reduce internal process friction.
岗位要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, no restriction on majors; Portuguese and English as working language.
2. Highly responsible, rigorous in work, with strong professionalism and self-motivation.
3. Capable of rapid learning, summarization and analysis; possess customer-centric mindset and closed-loop thinking.
4. Relevant internship or working experience is a plus.
