75459 Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

What you’ll do:

The engineer in this position is primarily responsible for developing Explosion proof of new product(NPI Product);

Panel boards and control stations equipments

To be responsible for mechanical design and development of panel boards and control stations equipments, for explosion proof field application, to comply with marketing and customer requirements;

Take lead to complete NPI products develop and management, coordinate cross function team include marketing, engineering, sourcing, quality and manufacturing team. To meet the cost and timeline request for market;

Qualifications:

Bachelor above

Five years above

Mechanical design

Familiar with panel system design, and control station design

Experienced in mechanical design of aluminum castings, stainless steel parts, plasticparts, and sheet metal parts

Experience of manufacturing process with die-casting, stainless steel welding, injection molding, compression molding, and CNC sheet metal fabrication processes.

Experience of electrical equipment, establish electrical design standards and specifications.

Design electrical control system, select electrical components and draw electrical drawings base on requirements

Familiar with SolidWork software, AutoCAD

Familiar with CAE simulation tools to verify the product performance and capabilities;

Familiar with six sigma Develop process(DFMEA, Tolerance, DOE etc).

Familiar with New Product Develop process.

Good project management and presentation skill.

Strong problem analyzing and shooting skills, strong responsibility and self-motivation.
