Machinery Safety Automation Engineer

Job Responsibilities：

1.Support CASH in developing and deploying practical automation and packaging equipment solutions for Nestlé factories globally. The role works with factories, suppliers and internal functions to review concepts, support equipment validation, prepare clear technical documents and follow up project issues. The position is suitable for an engineer with several years of relevant experience who is willing to learn, communicate in English and work hands-on.

2.Scope: Support CASH automation solution development and deployment.

3.Focus: work with the CASH team, factories and suppliers on practical equipment solutions.

4.Outputs: technical reviews, validation support, basic standardization documents and project follow-up.

5.Ways of working: hands-on, collaborative and willing to learn.

Position Dimensions：

1.Academic: Bachelor degree or equivalent in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Packaging Engineering or a related technical field.

2.Experience: 3-5 years of relevant engineering or industrial equipment experience. Experience with packaging machinery or factory automation is preferred.

3.Project exposure: practical involvement in equipment design review, installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, maintenance or troubleshooting is an advantage.

4.Working style: hands-on, resilient, willing to travel when required and comfortable working with factories and suppliers.
