康宁公司的显示科技事业部生产主要应用于LCD电视、笔记本电脑和平板显示器的有源矩阵液晶显示器（“LCD”）玻璃基板。
Day to Day Responsibilities
1. Supplier Qualification and Readiness
· Develop and qualify materials and suppliers to meet business and operational requirements
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and qualify materials and suppliers to meet business and operational requirements.
· Coordinate qualification and verification activities with internal and external stakeholders.
· Support supplier validation activities and timely delivery of required samples.
· Ensure effective transition from qualification to operational use” or “to production support.
2. Supplier Quality Management
· Manage supplier quality performance through quality systems and procurement strategies.
· Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams support production and incoming quality control.
· Improve incoming material quality and resolve supplier-related quality issues.
· Establish quality agreements with suppliers and strengthen supplier quality management.
3. Supplier Performance and Continuous Improvement
· Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews.
· Coordinate supplier change management activities.
· Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.
Education & Experience
• B.S or above degree in Mechanical, Engineering, Chemical, IE or related major
• At least 3 years supplier quality management experience or quality management experience
Required Skills
• Management Skill and Leadership
• Good knowledge in Statistic Tools, SPC, QC Story and Quality relative tools, GB certified.
• Good English comprehension in spoken, writing and reading.
• Good communication and coordination skill for cross department cooperation
