Provides timely and accurate dealing services for clients in the assigned area of FXO trading expertise. Manages the firm's inventory and trading risk under supervision and as assigned in compliance with all applicable regulation within a given business area and within desk limit structure. Deliver fair outcomes for customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets. Provides consistent pricing and market making to sales force and target clients Executes firm and customers' trades in accordance with desk Volcker designation and may contribute to the formulation of trading strategies. Ensures all trades are booked to front office position keeping system on the day they are executed Increase brand equity & build internal network of contacts Ensure full understanding of products and how to book them Ability to work efficiently with members of the FX team. Ability to communicate effectively with other stakeholders. Prior G10 and/or EM trading knowledge (pricing & risk management). Degree in a numerical/quantitative subject. Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and collaboration skills. Mindset and track record challenging the status quo and improving operational efficiency. Track record working in global team and dealing with a diverse group of stakeholders. Computer literate, Python coding skills is optional but advantageous. Fluency in English and second language is preferable
