岗位职责
支持业务组开展跨境投融资、工程能源基建和其他商事领域的法律业务，具体包括：
1)协助律师进行法律和案例检索、一带一路国别的法律研究；
2)协助法律文件翻译/校核；
3)在律师指导下协助起草法律文件；
4)协助进行尽职调查的基础工作等。
Assisting with cross-border investment and financing, projects, energy and infrastructure, and other commercial legal matters, including:
1) Assisting with legal and case retrieval, as well as research on the legal frameworks of the Belt and Road Initiative countries;
2) Assisting with the translation and proofreading of legal documents;
3) Drafting legal documents under the supervision of associates;
4) Assisting with due diligence groundwork.
岗位要求
1)国内外知名院校法学专业本科及以上学历；
2)通过中国法律职业资格考试者优先；
3)热爱律师工作，具备良好的逻辑分析能力、沟通能力，有较强的团队合作精神和服务意识；
4)具有较强的语言和文字表达能力，能够熟练使用英文进行工作交流和起草法律文件。
1) Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a prestigious domestic or international university;
2) Candidates who have passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination are preferred;
3) Passionate about the legal profession, and good at logical reasoning, communication, teamwork, and service;
4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of using English for professional communication and legal drafting.
