1、负责收货组整体日常工作的安排。
Be responsible for the
daily work arrangement of the receiving group.
2、制定组内分工和各岗位责任，督导组内仓库管理专员按 GMP 要求管理物料接收工作，确保物料质量。
Set up the division of
labor and responsibilities of each post, and the warehouse management officer
in the steering group shall manage material receiving work according to GMP
requirements to ensure material quality.
3、确保仓库物料的账、物一致，能够保证库存SAP系统及时更新。
Ensure the consistency of
account, material and inventory of warehouse materials, and ensure the SAP
system of inventory updated in time.
4、负责收货组一切事务的安排和管理，协调各个组之间的事务和领导下达的任务。
Responsible for the
arrangement and management of all transactions in the receiving group, and coordinate
the tasks assigned by each group.
5、对现场进行管理督导、推行 5S。
Supervise the
implementation of 5S on site.
6、严格遵守公司的安全制度，合规制度，确保工作中“诚实敬业，安全第一”。
