Director - Sales & Marketing

DOSM Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Analyze hotel, catering, bar/restaurant, and spa competitors; identify SWOT and position products uniquely to grow revenue and share.
2. Product Strategy: With Operations, develop strategies for Rooms, F&B, and Catering as independent units while leveraging hotel synergies.
3. Innovation: Expand existing products and create new ideas to drive revenue and share.
4. Pricing: Implement effective pricing to maximize revenue, ensure segment fit, and optimize share.
5. Sales & Partner Marketing: Lead sales and partner programs with airlines, TMCs, corporates, credit cards, events, and sponsorships locally and nationally.
6. Media & E-Business: Implement media relations and e-business strategies to grow revenue and share.
