岗位描述
• Supplier Sourcing & Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard customs brokers and last-mile delivery partners to support business growth and network expansion across Europe.
• Commercial Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations with logistics partners, including pricing, rate cards, contractual terms, service scope, and commercial conditions, ensuring competitive costs and sustainable partnerships.
• Contract & Pricing Management: Manage commercial agreements, pricing structures, contract renewals, and rate card updates to ensure contractual compliance and cost competitiveness.
• Supplier Performance Management: Monitor partner performance in terms of cost, service quality, capacity, and SLA achievement; identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions where necessary.
• Cost Optimization: Analyze market pricing, cost structures, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve the overall competitiveness of logistics solutions.
• Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, resolve commercial issues, and drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, product, finance, and procurement, to align business requirements, support new product launches, and ensure effective supplier management.

岗位要求
• 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics, channel management, supplier management, or business development.
• Good understanding of the European logistics market and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus.
