Job Responsibilities

NPI/Regular/LTB whole lifecycle global service parts planning operation.

Lead the planning project objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, cost and part readiness in alignment with cross team needs.

Commodity parts planning logic, process, supply strategy design and improvement.

Owns the Parts Availability, backlog and Inventory/WOS/E&O performance KPI

Manage the fine balance between new parts and repaired parts in supply picture in the forecast plan to minimize materials cost and inventory

Manage parts substitutions and quality issues with cross functional team to minimize impact to parts availability and inventory level

Work with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities

Ensure all Purchase Orders are executed at timely manner with appropriate acknowledgement responses from supplier/upstream

Execute shipment pull-in and push-out for demand surge and demand decline situation

Co-work with region team on country special project support

Planning data collection and accuracy maintain, and other job assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor and above, major in supply-chain/logistics/mathematics or relative.

2. Excellent skills in planning and project management, electronic hardware industry is preferred

3. Have a good command of English, both written and oral.

4. Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain working experience, at least 3 years experiences in Planning role.

5. Technical skills in analysis, statistics and report development, with knowledge of Access / SQL preferred.

6. Master the knowledge of SAP on supply chain function.

7. Excellent influencing and relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in China and overseas.
