BCO Servicing Analyst

Responsible for the delivery of BCO tasks in line with agreed OKRs, SLAs and KPIs Responsible for coordinating between stakeholders to ensure completion of tasks e.g. (but not limited to) credit monitoring and credit maintenance, documents review & submission, limit loading & drawdown Manage the timely updates to bank systems and records for e.g. covenant Support the BCO Manager, Analyst and Team Leads on the management of the end-to-end customer credit & capital management journey ensuring a seamless and efficient process for both customers and internal stakeholders Support the execution of business initiatives and drive continuous improvement, ensuring fair customer treatment and delivery of customer satisfaction Actively participate in training sessions to continue to develop credit skills, product knowledge, industry knowledge and client management skills. Ensure the consistent application of HSBC policies and adherence to regulatory, financial, and legal standards to minimize business and reputational risks Manage regulatory and reputational risk within own responsibility and ensure adherence to regulatory risk frameworks and adherence to all published policies & procedures Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field will be preferred Corporate lending experience with strong analytical skills and sound credit knowledge Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive alignment among senior leaders Clear understanding of the Group credit risk principles, policies and statutory compliances Strong commercial mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization You'll achieve more at HSBC.
