Associate Director, Software Engineering(AI Research Lead)

Set the AI research vision and roadmap in line with business priorities. Lead research into advanced AI, machine learning and generative AI methods. Translate research outcomes into secure, scalable and production-ready solutions. Manage, mentor and grow a high-performing team of AI researchers and engineers. Collaborate with product, technology, risk, legal and data stakeholders. Establish robust standards for model quality, explainability, fairness and governance. Publish findings, protect intellectual property and represent the organisation externally. Have very good track record of hands-on coding and project delivery Strong education and technical background or research capabilities Demonstrate great sense and understanding of AI industry trends and updates Willing to work at high pace to conduct investigations and generate reports Ability to translate research into scalable business solutions Excellent communication, stakeholder management and strategic thinking
