Sr. Associate Director, Data and Analytics

Technical Leadership: Provide technical mentorship to a team of multiple teams of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical and customer needs, aligning them with the product vision. Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements. Architect and implement solutions using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Integration. Design and integrate secure authentication mechanisms using OAuth 2.0. Develop and maintain robust data storage solutions using MongoDB. Implement containerized solutions using Kubernetes for scalability and reliability. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and operations teams. Technical Expertise: Ability to mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Experience in delivering greenfield projects from concept to production release. Experience with microservices architecture.
