岗位描述
1. Financial Modeling & Strategic Support: Build and maintain comprehensive financial models for the Hong Kong credit market to provide data-driven insights for business decision-making.
2. P&L Management: Design pricing mechanisms and risk models; evaluate Unit Economics (UE) and monitor overall business Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
3. Product Commercialization: Collaborate closely with Business and Product teams to support risk-based pricing strategies for and establish robust pricing review mechanisms.
4. Compliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal finance functions (including FOC, Reporting, and Tax) to ensure full financial compliance at both the Business Unit and Legal Entity levels.
5. Funds Business Management: Support Ant International's funds business operations, including financial analysis, budget preparation and management, financial forecasting, and special project support.
6. Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify key risks across the end-to-end funds business process and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement effective risk prevention measures.
7. Market Research & Framework Development: Conduct in-depth research on industry peers' business and financial models within the HK credit sector. Develop measurement frameworks specifically businesses to identify opportunities for financial optimization.
8. Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide timely support for other ad-hoc financial analysis projects as required.
岗位要求
1. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of financial work experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the Fintech or Internet/Tech sectors.
2. Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonian), with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
3. Core Competencies: Possess strong logical thinking, high data sensitivity, and advanced analytical abilities. Demonstrated capability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems. Must be highly self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure.
4. Technical Skills: Strong learning agility and business acumen. Expert proficiency in Excel and PPT for financial modeling, analysis, and data visualization. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis is highly desirable.
