Job Description:
- Be responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual
reporting and In-depth analysis of Material costs, internal defect cost,
chemical material cost. Conduct cost analysis and review with business partners
to identify potential cost optimization opportunities and actionable
improvement measures.
- Take charge of material including chemical and Scrap cost
planning for BP and CF. Actively participate in company target setting, timely
tracking performance result and work together with business counterparties to
ensure target achievement.
-Price maintenance between Intercompany business maintenance
and BOG maintenance.
- Prepare and present cost performance reports to both
central and local management teams, providing clear insights into cost trends,
variances, and improvement progress.
- Leverage digital and AI tools to optimize cost management
process, enhance analytical efficiency and accuracy, and drive continuous
process improvement.
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as
required.
Job Qualification:
• At least bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a
related field
• Digital skill, e.g. Power BI, Power Query, Excel, Access,
python etc.
• SAP CO model knowledge.
• Strong team collaboration skills and resilience to handle
high-pressure environments
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good English both oral and written skills
