LEASING OFFICER - Plaza Hollywood (REF.: HLL)

Responsibilities:
Support the marketing and leasing cycle of retail premises at Plaza Hollywood, including tenant sourcing, new lettings, tenancy negotiations, lease renewals, rent reviews and lease documentation
Contribute to the formulation and implementation of leasing strategies, and help with trade mix planning to optimise the tenant portfolio, occupancy and rental income
Coordinate with tenants, real estate agents and business partners, follow up on leasing enquiries, and provide support for site inspections and lease negotiations
Participate in market research, competitor analysis and rental benchmarking, and identify emerging retail trends and potential leasing opportunities
Assist in prepare leasing reports, proposals and recommendations for management review, supporting strategic leasing decisions and trade mix planning
Requirements:
University graduates or equivalent in real estate or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from shopping malls or landlord-side environments
Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused and results-driven
Strong negotiation and communication skills, good connections with retailers and property agencies is preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
Proficient in MS applications
