Operation Officer/Assistant Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

Support data quality checking, validation and data updates.

Support operational process of the closure of personal and corporate accounts, or the termination of customer relationships in accordance with AML requirements and instructions from relevant parties.

Participate in process enhancement, system testing, data collection, and other AML related projects.

Support the account opening risk assessment and monitoring for new customer on-boarding .

Comply with internal and regulatory requirements relating to confidentiality, personal data protection and information security.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline.

1-2 years’ relevant experience in frontline / back office operation in Banking / Finance industry.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and be able to manage numerous information and achieve the tight deadline.

Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.

Proficient in computer software operations (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, etc.)is preferred.
