职位描述 (Job Description):
参与底盘域控制器（VMC）系统功能定义与需求文档编制
Participate in chassis domain controller (VMC) system function definition and
software requirement development.
参与VMC核心算法（如车辆动力学建模、状态估计、多执行器协同控制等）的开发与仿真验证
Participate in the development and simulation verification of VMC core
algorithms (e.g., vehicle dynamics modeling, state estimation, multi-actuator
coordinated control, etc.).
协助进行MIL/SIL/HIL测试，参与实车功能测试与数据采集分析
Assist in MIL/SIL/HIL testing, participate in vehicle function testing and data
collection/analysis.
配合团队进行客户需求对接，协助制定项目开发计划与工程变更管理
Cooperate with the team for customer requirement interface, assist in defining
project plans and change request management.
职位要求 (Job Qualification):
车辆工程、控制工程、自动化、机械电子等相关专业应届毕业生
Fresh graduates with a major in Vehicle Engineering, Control Engineering,
Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
具备扎实的车辆动力学与控制理论基础（如现代控制理论、PID、MPC等）
Solid theoretical foundation in vehicle dynamics and control theory (e.g.,
modern control theory, PID, MPC, etc.).
熟练掌握Matlab/Simulink进行建模仿真，具备一定的C/C++编程能力
Proficient in Matlab/Simulink for modeling and simulation, with certain C/C++
programming skills.
了解Vector CANape/etas INCA等标定工具，或CANoe等总线分析工具者优先
Familiar with Vector CANape/etas INCA calibration tools, or CANoe bus analysis
tools is a plus.
具有参数估算（参考车速、车重、坡度等）、底盘电控（如ESC、EPS、线控底盘等）相关课题研究、论文发表或实习经验者优先
Experience in chassis electronic control (e.g., ESC, EPS, X-by-Wire, etc.)
related research, paper publication, or internship is preferred.
具备良好的英语读写能力，能够熟练阅读英文技术文献与规范
Good English reading and writing skills, able to read English technical
literature and specifications proficiently.
