What you'll do
According to Volvo dealer management requirements, responsible for empowering core personnel in dealer positions, store process management, and operational efficiency improvement, and forming replicable experience, including:
Job Course Development: Develop certification standards and competency models for core positions of dealers (general manager, sales manager, sales consultant, etc.), and be responsible for certification course development and optimization.
Store empower development: Build a dealer empower matrix, and be responsible for the development and optimization of matrix-related courses (including but not limited to product and language skills, store process management improvement, store operation diagnosis, etc.), develop practical courses that are in line with the current industry development status.
Independent teaching execution: responsible for the certification of front-line dealers and management positions, and the training execution of backward store counseling, independently and high-quality completion of teaching/coaching tasks.
Experience summary sharing: Collect benchmark practical experience from dealers, form replicable cases, and promote them within the network.
What you'll bring
More than 5 years of experience in automotive OEM training or regional sales, with priority given to those with experience in luxury brand dealer training or management.
Possess structured thinking, proficient in PPT/Excel, experience and ability in independent course development, independent training or coaching.
Familiar with automotive product knowledge and dealers' job responsibilities, and capable of identifying problems through Data Discovery.
Has good communication skills both internally and externally, works meticulously and responsibly, and can quickly and accurately execute work tasks.
Adapt to work arrangements with frequent business trips.
