Sales Order Processing

Arrange shipment:Purchase and ship the necessary items,after receiving the order, package the products,keep product photos (batch number information), place away billt omake an appointment for pick-up,email the customer to inform them of logistics progress, and provide the necessary customs clearance documents;

Inventory counting: Collaborate with monthly inventory counting and output inventory

counting forms;

Receipt of prepared products: Confirm the delivery time of the goods, wait for the express delivery to your doorstep after the goods arrive,and unpack and organize the goods;

Docking sales: Answering sales order related questions, such as inventory inquiries, when to ship, etc;

Administrative work

Local related expense reimbursement work,such as FedEx expenses
