Responsibilities
1.Own new supplier acquisition targets and develop qualified factories, manufacturers and traders based on monthly business goals.
2.Deep dive into the supply chain to identify competitive suppliers and products with strong pricing, differentiation and supply potential.
3.Drive end-to-end supplier onboarding, from sourcing and negotiation to contracting and product listing, ensuring fast and effective activation.
4.Understand supplier needs and pain points, collaborate with internal teams to solve issues, and drive problems to closure with strong ownership.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1+ years of experience in supplier acquisition, sourcing, procurement or supply chain development.
2.Strong result orientation and execution, with the ability to own monthly acquisition and supply targets and deliver results.
3.Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to independently develop and manage suppliers.
4.Highly self-driven with strong ownership, adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to explore new supply sources.
5.Proficiency in Hokkien is a plus.
