Senior Software Engineer

Analyse business and technical requirements and contribute to solution design. Develop, enhance and maintain web applications and technology solutions using appropriate programming practices. Create automated unit and system integration tests to improve solution quality. Build and maintain CI CD pipelines. Participate in software releases and provide timely support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Prepare clear documentation for key deliverables and review progress with the line manager. Collaborate actively with team members, share knowledge and contribute to a positive working environment. Follow applicable policies, procedures, risk requirements and technology controls. Practical experience delivering web applications or technology solutions in a professional environment. Hands-on experience with some or all of the following technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CIDCD tools, such as Confluence, Jira, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, SonarQube and Ansible. Experience with test automation tools, such as JUnit, Selenium or Cucumber. Experience contributing to software delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies. Understanding of software development lifecycle processes, including coding, testing, deployment and production support. Strong written English communication skills; confident spoken English would be advantageous.
